Local Shipping Policy

Shipping policy

All deliveries are subject to stock availability and payment authorization. We provide free delivery for orders above PKR 3000. We endeavor to deliver orders within 7 working days subject to the provision of a valid address within Pakistan. However, force majeure events might delay or render impossible any deliveries. No dispatches can be made on weekends, public holidays, and outside normal business hours.

In case of COD (cash on delivery), delivery shall only be made against cash payment in full. A signature will be required upon delivery of goods to you.

If no person is present at the delivery address provided by you during normal working hours, goods will be returned to us by the courier after a re-attempt.

Refund policy

We do not provide cash refunds. Instead, if the garments meet the following conditions: unused, packed in their original packaging with all tags attached, undamaged, and unaltered in any way, you are required to return the products to our address at Shop # 155, DHA, Y-Block, Phase 3, Lahore. Once we receive the products, we will conduct a quality audit. If the products pass our quality audit then below will be applicable,

COD deliveries:
A coupon of equivalent value will be issued. This coupon can only be redeemed online.

Credit/Debit Card Deliveries
Refunds will be issued to the same credit/debit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

Exchange/Refund policy is not applicable for accessories, fragrances, discounted items & customized articles.


You may exchange the delivered goods within 15 days of delivery on presentation of the original slip, provided the goods are unused, packed in original packaging with all tags attached, and are in undamaged condition and not altered in any way. Should you wish to exchange goods, please inform/WhatsApp us at 0322 6326262, or email us at care@bandana.pk; our rider will pick products from your doorstep. We do not charge for delivery in case of exchange. The company’s decision in these matters will be considered final.

You may cancel your order at any time before the shipping process. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or message from the courier company with a tracking number against your order.

Bandana reserves the right to cancel your order for reasons including, unavailability of stock, declined payment, or inaccurate pricing.

Customization Policy

PKR 1000 will be charged for customization of length. We cater to a maximum alteration of 5 inches in length.
